Mr. Pankaj Chopra holds over 25 years of diverse professional experience both within India and Europe and has represented Board of Directors besides key management and leadership positions in organizations of international repute. Major part of his professional journey has been in the Infrastructure sector in the areas of P/L responsibility, project management and start-up businesses.

His collaborative leadership style has come handy while successfully delivering international projects during his three years’ expat assignment to Alstom, Germany. His strength lies in starting new ventures and he spearheaded a start-up business of Alstom as Director ‘Steam Auxiliary Components’ towards growth in India.

Pankaj held the position of Managing Director of Arvos Energy India Private Limited, a group company of ARVOS, a Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) of Alstom. Under his leadership the Indian entity was adjudged the best performing unit globally in the year 2018. He drove the culture towards compliance, ethics, lean and EHS through-out the organization in India.

Pankaj continues to mentor start-ups, advise management of small to mid-sized organizations and is a visiting faculty at B-Schools.

Pankaj firmly believes that inner harmony and balance can only be achieved when the attention shifts from outside to inside and for this to happen one needs to seek and get the Self Realization so as to get transformed into an integrated balanced personality.
