Ngoni Samuel Mamvura is a Southern African Anti‑corruption Strategist, Hybrid Forensic Investigator a multi-disciplinary professional who merges Traditional and Digital forensic methods to investigate complex economic crimes with extensive experience across Botswana, South Africa, and Zambia. He played a central role in the National Forensic Audit launched by a SADC member President, leading the first‑of‑its‑kind audit of 30 government institutions in Botswana. . In South Africa, he contributed to the National Anti‑Corruption Strategy (NACS) under GIZ, serving as a member of the multi‑stakeholder partnership for implementation. In Zambia, him and his team developed Citizens WatchApp a Tender Monitoring Tool to enhance procurement transparency, currently pending government adoption. Currently developing the Anti‑Corruption Information Sharing and Analytics Tool, designed to integrate and coordinate anti‑corruption efforts across borders. He is also a Regional Features Editor ,Accredited journalist , Global Emergency Responder ,Trained Expert in Security Cooperation and Specialist in Strategic Initiatives and Advancements at Corporate and Institutional Integrity Africa (CII-Africa)
His thought leadership has been recognized internationally. He was the HackCorruption Hackathon Winner for Southern & East Africa (2022), attended Diplomatic engagements including the G20 Summit South Africa, invitation from U.S. Embassy in Accra (2023) to join the Vice‑President of the United States in Accra Ghana, Invitations from the EU Commission in the SADC region and engaged in a thought leadership dialogue with Southern African Vice‑President.
He has spoken, attended, engaged or invited at major forums including the Financial Crimes Summit (2024), the Southern Africa Anti‑Corruption Collective Action Forum (2023), the PARI‑CASAC Conference on State Capture Commission Recommendations (2023), and the African Union ECOSOCC Citizens Forum on Democracy & Digital Governance (2023). Participated in specialized initiatives such as the Darkwebathon on Anti‑Human Trafficking (2023), E‑Government Procurement Monitoring System (2022‑2023), and numerous think‑tank workshops and debates. Internationally, Warsaw Security Forum (2024), the OECD Global Anti‑Corruption & Integrity Forum (2024), the Nuclear Summit (2023), the Amman Security Colloquium (2023), the NATO Youth Summit (2023), and the United Nations CoSP10 (2023). He has engaged with global initiatives such as Tech Against Terrorism, the International Centre for Investigative Journalism, and the Alliance for Integrity.He collaborates with The Knoble and the Anti‑Human Trafficking Intelligence Initiative.
He is a member of several international professional bodies, including the Information Professionals Association (IFA), the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI), the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA),Cognitive Security Institute ,Raincloud Defense and the International Association of Security Professionals and is an alumnus of the Geneva Centre for Security Studies (GCSP) and Defense and Security Institutions.
Currently, pursuing an MSc in Forensic Accounting, complementing his professional expertise with advanced practical research in Irregular Warfare, Behavioral Insider Threats and Transnational Organized Crime . His vision is to integrate forensic investigation, intelligence analysis, and digital innovation to build resilient governance systems.
